This Privacy Policy describes how Hyperion360 Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Ariadoss Online (the "Service") at ariadoss.com. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the Service:

• Email address: Required for account registration, password reset, and transactional communications related to your account.
• Username / display name: The name you choose for your account and in-game commander(s).
• Password: Stored as a one-way bcrypt hash. We cannot recover your plaintext password.
• Gameplay data: In-game actions, resource levels, commander statistics, fleet compositions, research progress, diplomatic relations, and other game state data generated by your play.
• IP address: Logged server-side for security purposes, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. Not shared with third parties.
• Session data: A session token stored in a secure HTTP-only cookie to keep you logged in.

We do not collect payment information. Ariadoss Online is free to play with no in-app purchases at this time.

We do not collect real names, phone numbers, physical addresses, or government-issued identification.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to operate the Service:

• Authenticating your identity when you log in.
• Sending password reset emails when requested.
• Storing and processing your in-game state across sessions.
• Detecting and preventing abuse, cheating, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Communicating service announcements and critical account notifications.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling or behavioral targeting.

3. Cookies

Ariadoss Online uses one category of cookie: session cookies required for authentication. These cookies are HTTP-only, secure, and expire when your session ends or after a fixed inactivity period.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics scripts. No cookie consent banner is required because we use only strictly necessary cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a limited set of third-party infrastructure providers:

• Microsoft Azure: Hosts the game application and database (PostgreSQL). Your account data resides on Azure servers. Azure's privacy policy applies to their infrastructure: privacy.microsoft.com.
• Resend: Used exclusively to send transactional emails (password reset). Only your email address is transmitted to Resend when a password reset is requested. Resend's privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Cloudflare Pages: Hosts this marketing website (ariadoss.com). Cloudflare may log request metadata (IP, user-agent) per their standard CDN operations. Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising network on ariadoss.com or the game application.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information (email, username, password hash) within 30 days. Anonymized gameplay statistics may be retained after deletion for aggregate reporting.

Password reset tokens expire after 1 hour and are marked used immediately upon successful password reset.

Server-side IP logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that inaccurate data be corrected.
• Deletion: Request that your account and associated personal data be deleted.
• Portability: Request an export of your account data in a machine-readable format.

7. Children's Privacy

Ariadoss Online is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at danilosapad@gmail.com and we will delete the account and associated data.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS-only connections, HTTP-only session cookies, and rate limiting on authentication endpoints. No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users by email within 72 hours of becoming aware.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
