1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ariadoss Online (the "Service") at ariadoss.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hyperion360 Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Ariadoss Online is a free-to-play, persistent browser-based 4X space strategy game. The Service runs continuously on servers maintained by the Company. Players create commanders, manage empires, conduct diplomacy, and compete for galactic sovereignty in a shared persistent universe. No client download is required.

The game universe runs on an automated tick schedule regardless of whether individual players are logged in. Actions taken by other players, AI-controlled commanders, and automated game systems may affect your account while you are offline.

3. Account Registration

To play Ariadoss Online, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password. By registering, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• You will provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You will maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• You will not create more than one account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being banned.
• You will not use another person's account without their permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or any non-human means to interact with the Service.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics. If you discover an exploit, you are required to report it to danilosapad@gmail.com rather than use it.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players through any in-game communication feature.
• Impersonate any person, company, or game official.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's servers, databases, or other systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code through the Service.

5. Prohibited Game Conduct

The following behaviors are specifically prohibited within the game:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one commander account to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account sharing: Sharing account credentials with other players to allow them to play on your behalf.
• Botting: Using any automated system to perform game actions.
• Bug exploitation: Using unintended game mechanics to gain resources, power, or other advantages.
• Collusion: Coordinating with players on opposing accounts to unfairly manipulate game outcomes, rankings, or the sovereignty system.

6. Virtual Items and In-Game Resources

All in-game resources, ships, technologies, planets, admirals, and other virtual items ("Virtual Items") have no real-world monetary value. Virtual Items are not transferable outside the game and cannot be exchanged for real currency. The Company reserves the right to modify, adjust, or remove any Virtual Items at any time, including through game balance updates or server resets.

Ariadoss Online is free to play. Any optional in-game transactions (if offered in the future) will be clearly disclosed and will not provide pay-to-win advantages.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, game design, artwork, text, game mechanics, race lore, universe lore, and the Ariadoss name and universe, are the exclusive property of Hyperion360 Inc. and Danilo Stern-Sapad. All rights reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right in the Service or its intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without the Company's prior written consent.

8. Termination and Suspension

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Service or its community. Account termination forfeits all associated Virtual Items with no right to compensation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
